FRINK'S SEWER & DRAIN

I called Frinks sewer and drain office at 11:30 am and I had Chris and Todd here by 12:30 to clear a slow moving floor drain that we typically have rodded every couple of years as a preventive measure. .
Both men were very polite and worked on my drain for 45 minutes or so to include cleaning up the floor. They recommended a camera through the drain to see why the drain was still a little slow after the rodding was completed. I didn't think that that was necessary at this time and felt the work they did do was acceptable and that the drain wasn't going to be any better than the work that was completed.

The workman was nice and did his job but the drain still drains very slow when the washing machine is draining. Water over flows the drain.

They were expensive but very good. They were commercial and industrial. They were very, very good at what they did. They had technology to do drain cleaning that other companies didn't have. They were professional and knew what they were doing.

We actually called Frink's out on the 5th of July for a backup in our plumbing. The gentleman came out at the set time, 4:00 p.m. and got right to work. He stayed on task and included my husband in the description of what he was doing at each turn. The process took until 11:30 p.m. as the clog ended up being caused by roots that were coming in from the main pipe to the road. Our home was once a duplex that has been converted to a single family. The original plumbing for the reconstruct did not include any clean-out points and goes from one corner of the home to the other, along the outside wall. He was very thorough and gave my husband recommendations as to what we should have done to hopefully prevent a future backup. One of these suggestions was to have a clean-out installed.

In August we started looking for a plumber to come in and do the suggested work. After checking a few different plumbers we gave Frink's a call and scheduled an estimate. When the gentleman came out he and my husband inspected the plumbing together. He told my husband that half of what we were told should be done, didn't need to be done. We needed the clean-out installed but the plumbing that was suggested (a complete re-piping job that would have cost us upwards of $2000.00) was not necessary. He installed the clean-out valve on a return visit as well as an outdoor faucet that had been leaking, in less than 2 hours and for just under $200.00!

We are completely satisfied with Frink's and would recommend them to anyone as well as call them for any future plumbing needs that may arise!
