Frayne Painting & Deck Staining

Dishonest. Gave us a bid for interior house painting and that he included staining the deck and repair a ceiling patch in the bid. Then when it came time to pay him (before he stained the deck), he had added the cost of the deck staining and ceiling repair to the price. We told him we'd pay what he originally bid us. He said he would be back "within the next week and a half" to finish the job (deck). We waited 3 weeks and called him. He didn't return our call. We waited another week and called him and he sent a rude text that he would get to it when he had time, that he had other clients he was working with. After more than A MONTH he sent 2 of his guys without a call ahead to "stain" the deck. I came home to find they painted the deck BABY BLUE. I immediately took a picture and sent it to him asking him to call me. He replied with a text that he would not come fix it and we would need to call another contractor.

Mr Frayne returned my email the same day and said he could have someone out to do the job within the week. The man showed up on time the morning of the job and worked straight through until he finished In the early afternoon. The doors looked great and I thought that the price was good. I have used these painters before for bigger jobs and I would use them again

His bid was competitive with the other two bids I recieved, but I went with him due to his experience and his book of projects, he has a lot of completed projects! Him and his team did a great job, they were very careful of all the landscaping around the deck, and applied two coats, and did a nice touch up job to finish the project, highly reccomended.

the job was done in two days. it was really nice. now if the renovation doesn't get done a few days before thanksgiving most of the painting is done. mr frayne said just to call when they are done and he will do any touch ups. he is a very good painter and an extremely hard worker. i would never hesitate to hire him again

Ken Frayne, is courteous and punctual, I can tell you the whole story although this would take too long. I have nothing to say except that form start to finish this was the best experience ever!!!!
