+ -1 moreWe never got the opportunity to decide whether to hire this company or not. In late November 2011 our rental house's roof started leaking. One of the companies giving us an estimate said we needed the gutters replaced as well because they would be destroyed when the roof is replaced since they are nailed into the roof. The company referred us to Elite. I called them, left a message and received no response. As we were able to patch the leak we decided to wait until spring to replace the roof and more or less forgot about the gutters. In mid April, I again called Elite - I though I'd give them another chance. In a day or two I did receive a message from Jay requesting the street address for the rental house. He said he could not make out the street number in the message I left. I called back and left the street address again. As of May 1st I have not heard anything back.

+ -1 moreWe would never use them again, ever. They never did work for us but in terms of customer service, I would give them an F. I’ll give them a D on responsiveness because they did get back to us once.
Description of Work: We got a quote from Elite Gutter Service two years ago. We tried to get a quote from them last year but they blew us off. We’ve needed gutters for a long time. We got a quote two years ago but then something happened and we couldn’t do the work. After getting the quotes, we were going to go with Elite Gutter. The following year we were going to do the work and we had an appointment. My husband works crazy hours and they said it was fine, we could do a late appointment at 6:00 at night. My husband came home and the guy blew us off. He never showed up to give us an estimate. I left them about six messages and they ignored us. We never heard back from them again. They never called us back to tell us why they didn’t show up. No one called back, no one said they were sorry. I don’t know if they were upset because we had gotten a quote before and we didn’t do the work, or if they were afraid we were going to do the same thing again. I explained to them what had happened. We still haven’t gotten the work done.
