He's good. Everything was good.

Very well. Very polite and considerate. Apologized for not recognizing the problem sooner. Considering the 2 hours that he was there it was well worth it. We have used him before for sewer line cleaning for two houses and he is always very good, prompt and polite. Oh and if there is a holiday emergency, he will come right over and the price is the same, at least it was for us. This saved a Thanksgiving gathering once or twice. He does leave the roots behind but I think that is so you can see what the problem was. I am sure that if you do not want a them left behind and you leave him a bag, he will take them out. Once I hooked up a hose for him and he cleaned everything up. The way I look at it is that cleaning is the easy part. Knowing what to do with the pipes is what he was hired for. He does not do plumbing except to gain access to the problem.

I discovered our problem just before 5:00pm on a week night and gave him a call, he was able to get out to our house first thing the next morning (8am). It only took about at hour to route out the sewer line. He was thoughtful to come in through the back door vs. the front so not to track any mess in the house. Said he guaranteed the work for 1 year but it should last 3-5 years. The only con was he didn't clean up the tree roots after, but i think that was to show me what was in the line?
