+ -1 moreI called Creative Concrete and asked them to give me a couple of quotes. We set up an appointment for them to come out. I asked that they text or call when they got here so I could come out. No one did. All I got was a business card. It is now over two weeks later and I still have no quotes. I sent an email earlier this week with no response.

+ -1 moreI requested three bids on the project and we picked Creative Concrete and Landscape because they were the middle of the line bid, but more importantly John was the only one of the three that appeared professional and went above and beyond to answer questions and provide insight. The set up phase, pour, and clean up went fantastic. I was able to communicate with John and receive responses less than 24 hours later (I had to get a permit and deal with the village and needed his help quite a bit).
Description of Work: A stamped cement patio that had a built in fire pit along with a 10' by 12' cement pad for a shed.
