The service hasn't been good. They have had my billing messed up since November of 2014 and they stopped sending me a paper bill around the same time and I never received my December bill as normal. They stopped sending me any notification and can't explain why this switch was made and have yet to fix this mistake after telling me they have fixed several times over the phone, each time I call them to troubleshoot as well I end up being on the phone for 30-40 minutes and end up being transferred several times and eventually get disconnected from the call, only to have to call back. I will be looking for a new provider for my internet.

The technician was at my home during the 2-hour time frame I had selected (he was actually on the early side of the time frame). He was knowledgeable and able to diagnose my problem quickly. After correcting the issue, he took a few moments to check my other services to be sure they were operating properly. The technician was clean and presented a professional appearance. He was extremely polite and patient with my cat (who was very curious about what he was doing).
