Had a leak in the roof that needed to be handled due to the first company not showing up. They sent a man out and he did a minor repair for no charge just to see if that was the issue. Said if that doesn't work to call him back and we would try something else until the issue was resolved.

The crew did an amazing job. They were thorough and quick. They showed up first thing in the morning and got everything done in one day. They also cleaned everything up before they left.

The estimate was fast and very reasonable. . When the day for the roofing arrived, so did a large crew. They worked fast and professionally to remove the two layers of shingles. Not a single piece was left on the ground or any where else. The new paper, shingles and flashings where completed that same day. Is was very impressive to watch. The following week the siding was removed and exterior sheathing was installed. There was no sheathing before! The siding installation took a good four days. The crew was fastidious about clean up each day and the results are fantastic. Next came the gutters. We have an addition that was not a continuous run with the existing gutters. I wanted that changed with the new ones. The subcontractor for Jake had to be talked into the correct way for flow and treated me (51 year old female, mechanical engineer) like and idiot. Once I convinced him my way was right, he proceeded to explain it to my husband as if it had been his idea all along. Jake was not pleased to hear about how he treated me and assured me that he would handle it. The installation of the new gutters went fine. After a final inspection with Jake, and payment we where more than satisfied with Bufalo!!!!!!!!!!!!

They did very good work and stood behind what they did. I would highly recommend them.

Our experience with them was good. We didn’t have any dislikes about them. We liked how fast they came in and did the job.

Roof repairs from 2012 did not withstand this spring thaw. Roof is rubber and flat. After a few calls and getting a little nasty, company made good on its 5-year warranty the owner originally gave us and sent someone to repair it again. The repair roofer was the original person and we are happy with his work both times.

I would highly recommend Bufalo Contracting to anyone who needs home restoration work completed on their home.

The first job to be completed was the the roofing during which two layers of roofing material were removed and complete, new roofing material was installed. The next task was siding and facia replacement, followed by the gutter replacement and the replacement of one thermal pane window. The job performance was courteous professional and efficient and was completed in a reasonable time. A thorough clean-up was performed and all debris removed by each of the work crews. The work crews arrived on time and completed their work effectively and efficiently. Bufalo conscientiously coordinated the entire effort with my insurance company and there were never any disputed issues. In one instance, during the first rainfall after the gutter replacement, some minor leakage was observed at end and corner joints. Following my call to report the leakage issues, the roofers came back the next day to correct the problem. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the work, the responsiveness and the timely completion of all work performed and I would recommend Bufalo Contracting to anyone needing this type of work.
