+ 0 moreI called Bob's to get a second opinion, because I felt that I'd been getting jerked around by my current central AC and furnace repair service. Robert made it out in about an hour and a half, and he was here for about an hour. He quickly isolated the problem to our internal evaporator coil on the AC unit, and explained the different options to us. He was able to give us an estimate, on the spot AND he fixed the AC unit so it blew cold air. His pricing comes out about 10% cheaper than my previous provider, and labor is comparable. Maybe I just had a horrible AC repair service before, but I think Bob's is TOP NOTCH when it comes to diagnosing and repairing, and giving clarity in a VERY timely and professional manner.
