 + -1 moreAbsolutely horrible customer service and communication. I explained that I wanted the quarterly service for pests. I was put on a plan that was $800 more a year. When I called to explain I then received a text and email that my plan was canceled. And when I called to schedule removal of traps and bait they installed they then informed me that I can't cancel my plans and I'd have to pay the whole amount. Though they were the ones that sent the cancelation. Then the told me even if they remove the product they will still charge me. They service manager even scoffed and laughed when I told her I would present the email saying they canceled my plan when they try to charge me monthly. Crooks stay away from this place. There is a reason why you can't leave a review on google.

Description of Work: Brian is terrific. He did a perimeter check of our home to look for places that mice could get in. He closed up a suspected area and we have not had a "visitor" since. We will continue to use his service.

Description of Work: After tackling an initial pest problem in July we have been using them for bi-monthly maintenance service. Services have been very reliable and dedicated to ensuring that your pest problem is addressed. The services are performed on schedule and have been effective.

 + -1 moreBrian is fantastic. He is cordial, friendly, honest, and reliable. Brian also leaves things as they were, doesn't make a mess, and moves around things in the way when spraying. I wouldn't consider using anyone else in our home or business.
Description of Work: Brian sprays at our home and at our manufacturing business on a quarterly basis for pests-we opted for the continuous maintenance route instead of waiting to call if the box elders, asian beetles, or ants get really bad.

 + -1 moreWell, I called because this business was on Angie's list. Nice enough to come from Rockord and he showed up on a Saturday because of my busy schedule. It was a very good experience but I thought it was a little pricey; after the online coupon (which he honored without a problem) it was still $95.00 for a basic service.
Description of Work: inspected the house. Explained the situation and sprayed around the house in and out. Placed traps and poison in basement to control rodents.

 + -1 moreExcellent. I appreciate that he came all the way to Belvidere from Rockford, charged a reasonable sum for his service, and didn't ask for a contract! A week later, and I'm not seeing any bugs in my house!
Description of Work: Brain, the owner, came out and showed me where pests could enter my home and sprayed for bugs, then put out traps for mice and offered to come back to check progress next month.

 + -1 moreWe are now using Blackhawk Pest control for regularly scheduled service on our properties. Brian calls a day or 2 ahead to confirm his appointments and arrives within 10 / 15 minutes depending on his rounds and services with the other customers needs.
Description of Work: Interior (and exterior in season) treatment for pests and, additionally, traps were placed in the garage to keep out "winter visitors".
