Very Well. They came earlier than scheduled due to another appointment being finished earlier than anticipated.

Once again, Birch Plumbing to the rescue. We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom coming through our kitchen ceiling. They came right out, quickly found the problem, repaired it and cleaned up. We so appreciate their fast service and honest billing practices. We wouldn't use anyone else to work on the plumbing in our 100 year old home.

Will add to this review with cost after Monday's replacement.

We called at 8:00am, John was here by 9:00am and finished by 10:00am. Couldn't ask for more.

Kevin from Birch Plumbing Came to our house,. Arriving on time, he completed the work quickly and Satisfactorily. There was no mess left. If I may add this. The person I called, before remembering Angie's List, wanted to charge me $125, just to come out. This was more then Birch Plumbing charged to complete the job. I was very pleased.

Kevin's knowledge on repairs and installation was great.

My water heater wore out on Thursday. I called Birch Plumbing as they had the best reviews. They answered immediately, even though it was well into the evening, and we set an appointment for the next day, within a 30 minute time slot. Two men were involved - one showed up at the beginning of the time slot and began to uninstall the old heater. Meanwhile the other man went to get a new heater. They were well coordinated - within minutes after the old unit was ready to carry out, the new one arrived. Both men were completely professional: clean, confident, friendly and polite. The new unit was put in quickly. They found some pitting in the exhaust vent and replaced that free. The cost to me was exactly as quoted. I will absolutely call these guys at the next plumbing problem that I have, and I highly recommend them!

Steve was easy to reach. John showed up on time, completed the inspection and paperwork without delay. Was about 20 hours total from my Angie's List email to job completion. They submit the report and notify me by email. Piece of cake. Professional tradesmen, right price, done promptly.

I texted Steve early on a Monday morning about a leak under the sink in my rental house. Steve texted later to say someone had cancelled that morning so John came out to the house a few hours after I texted. John fixed the plumbing problem and examined the dishwasher after the tenants told him it wouldn't drain. John then gave me the name of a repair man for the dishwasher. John did a great job like he always does.

My sump pump went out over the weekend, and I called them first thing on Monday morning. They came out that morning and the work was done before 11:30am. Very professional and I would definitely call them again!

We saw that Birch Plumbing had high ratings so I gave them a call because we had no hot water. He came right out and checked everything and was able to give us warmer water till they came and installed the new one. Very nice people that do a good job.

They came out the same day I called and completed the work in approximately 2.5 hours. They made a mistake on the size of the water heater (I originally wanted a 40 gal) but offered me $50 off of the 50 gal so I went with that size instead. Price seemed a little high but after checking two other competitors they were right in the middle. They use Bradford White water heaters and that's what I had previously. My original one lasted 14 years so was delighted to stay with that brand (made in the USA).

Birch responded promptly to our call on a Monday morning after the city had to come out and turn off the water the night before, due to a break in the line underneath the basement floor coming from the meter. He quickly evaluated the scope of the problem, but was going to be backed up with prior jobs for a while, and gave us suggestions for a couple of other possible plumbers. When neither of the others were able to respond promptly, and we had been without water for two days, I called Birch back and he agreed to work the job in the next day. The plumbers arrived by 8:45 the following morning, as promised, got right to work and were done shortly after noon. They turned the water back on and tested everything to make sure all faucets and lines were working properly, and all was good. We very much appreciate Birch working this job into a tight schedule this week, and are happy with the work.

John was very pleasant and did the work quickly and correctly. Services were delayed by a day because of an unexpected emergency job that they had to take care of, but, their communication was very good so it wasn't an issue.

The guys were very professional, stayed within he quoted price. They were able to fit me in at the last minute. I appreciate the work and effort. Will definitely use the again.

They responded within less than a half hour after I called (while another plumber I had called earlier in the morning and who had said they would call me back, had not even called me back, even after another voice mail left by me a few hours after my initial call). The guys from Birch Plumbing evaluated the situation quickly and within less than an hour, they had completed the repair and gone. They were very polite and professional, and I felt the cost was very reasonable and less than what i was afraid it was going to be.

Steve handled taking my calls and set up a next day service call appointment for me for repair work on my home's water heater. He was very polite, professional & accommodating. John is the one providing the service. He drained the sludge out of the water heater and then installed a plug in order to stop a drain valve from leaking. John was very polite & also explained everything he did and was very accommodating in answering any questions I had. Their charge was very reasonable & affordable. This is a great company for plumbing needs! I will definitely use them again!

Started the job and nearly two months and they never came back.

Very happy with Birch; took a chance when we needed some fixing on a couple of pipes and augering of a couple of drains. Great service from John who was explanatory about what was going on - also did not give us another trip charge for coming back the next day. Overall, I think we have a constant plumber to call now!
