Description of Work: A++. Brian came today to fix my front door lock, look at my closet shelves to put back up after they fell out of the wall. (Builder didn't put in studs, just drywall) And when warmer he's going to fix our vinyl fence. We also want him to put up window tinting. I'm sure we will have more for him to do. He is great. Today thank god he fixed door handle. Take it from someone who has hired handy men in the past only to have to REHIRE another to fix the 1st job BRIAN IS THE BEST. So nice and polite. A great guy and I know he is going to be our long term handyman from now on.

Description of Work: Brian helped me prepare a duplex that had previously been owned by my mother-in-law and half was rented to some not so great tenants for sale. The buyer had a long list of things that had to be rectified before the sale could be completed including plumbing (replace water heater, reroute garbage disposal drains, etc) replace locks, electricals and yard work. He also helped remove an entire dumpster load of crud left by the tenants. I could not have gotten everything ready by closing without him. He had previously replaced windows and shower doors expertly and at what I copnsider a very reasonable price. Any time I need handyman help he will be the first I would call.

Description of Work: I wish I could give a good report. This provider came into my home to fix two leaky toilets. He replaced the wax ring on one and said he would reschedule to do the other. The toilet in which he replaced the ring has not stopped leaking and the sub floor will have to be replaced. He never called to fix the other toilet.

Description of Work: Trimmed branches, fixed flashing on roof, and drywall.
