My bathroom floor substain massive water damage, so bad that the floor around the toliet was caving in around the toliet. Brian came in gave me an estimate which in my opinion was very reasonable. He then started work within a week. He started and finished on time. I have to say that he was wonderful taste because he picked out my flooring which matched my bathtub perfectly. Job well done.

The project went very well from our first call to Brian. He was very helpful and flexible. He did the job for the price he quoted and did it when he said he would. We were very pleased by the experience of working with Brian.

Brian did a great job. He was careful not to crack or chip the existing tile kitchen countertop. He was very pleasant and did a good job of balancing chit chat with getting the job done. His quote over the phone was a little higher than he actually charged. He was thorough. He was able to improvise when and where necessary and consulted with me when he proposed the improvisation. He checked and re-checked for leaks under both sinks. He cleaned up after himself along the way. Not only did he do the checks before he left, but he called the next day to see if everything was OK and all was working well. So overall, I'd say skilled, knowledgable, personable, efficient, thorough, honest and fair.

Brian is professional, punctual, did what he said he will do, purchased all of the supplies for the job, and did an excellent job on everything. I have already started my next list for him ! I highly recommend his work.

Fortunately, when I called Brian, he was near my house and came over within half an hour. It was a hot, uncomfortable job in my attic, but he came back later the same day and fixed it. In addition, he repaired one of the steps on the drop-down stairs. He was pleasant and professional and I've already recommended him to one of my friends.

He was great, the price was reasonable and was also able to do the work efficiently.

Brian did a terrific job. He came over to look at the setup in my parents' house and we discussed what needed to be done. He came back a few days later (after my parents had to reschedule because they had forgotten an appointment) and did the work. My folks were EXTREMELY pleased with his work. They said he took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and made them feel very comfortable with the process. He took the initiative to replace an additional metal pipe with PVC, which might have made his job easier but was a good idea anyway. His prices were very good and he gave my parents a senior discount. I am very happy to have found someone to do this work, and since Brian does more than just plumbing, I will definitely use him again when my folks need any work done in their house. I live in Chicago and can't always get there soon enough, and it's good to have Brian as an alternative to doing the work myself. (And he has more tools and expertise than I do.)

I discovered water on the basement floor under one of our bathrooms. I pulled back the insulation and saw water dripping from a pipe that was connected to the toilet. I joined Angie's List to find a plumber. I found Angel Handy Services. I called them and Brian came out in a couple of days. He looked over the situation and told me all the options there were to fixing the problem. He was very thorough in his explanation and was very conscious of saving money. He came back the next week to measure so he could get the right parts. While he was there he put new insides in the toilet that was leaking. He returned the next week with the part for the leaking pipe and fixed it. He was very polite and proffessional. I would have him again.

Brian showed up, determined the issue, gave me a price of $39 an hour, I agreed. And he got to work. I needed a $16 part that he had on his truck. He replace the broken part with the new one and was in and out in less than an hour. The work was perfect, and my sink runs better than ever!

EXCELLENT. I am living in Baton Rouge, LA, but have a house in Oregon, IL. I hired him from this list. My friend who dealt with Brian locally said "two thumbs up!" We plan to have Brian do some more work on the house. He called promptly. He showed up promptly. He did the job competently. He treated us fairly. Where are the rest of the folks like Brian?! <: -)

We purchased a new stainless steel sink and a new kitchen faucet for my daughter's home and needed someone to install them. I made three phone calls... one plumber's estimate was $435 (which I thought was ridiculous), one plumber never returned my call, and Brian's estimate was around $200. This was a phone estimate and he indicated that it could be a little more if he needed to purchase anything like caulk. He was able to come out in just a couple days and did a very nice job. He was very courteous and pleasant (my grandkids really liked him).

Brian is very careful and does an excellent job. He is a very willing worker and anxious to please his customer.

Excellent experience overall. The only snag was that he did not have all the replacement parts needed on his work truck. He had to return for a second time on a different day to complete the job.

It went quite smoothly. What I like about Brian's service is that he is available in the evening for people who cannot take off of work to be home during the day. He made sure everything was working properly - no leaks and he cleaned up after himself.
