He did a very good job and was very easy to speak with. Everything works real good and washing machine had no leaks.

As stated above, he tries very hard to please and completes tasks efficiently.

We have home owner's insurance, so part of it was covered that way. The experience was very good. I chose them for their confidence. The guy was very friendly. He did what he had to do. He was on time. He was professional. He was reasonable.

The service was good and he was very pleasant and professional. I didn't think he overcharged or anything like that. It was pretty easy to schedule. He is a handyman. Because we were dealing with water, he was constantly checking for drips. He did some other things in-between but he called and asked me.

We discovered a leak in our kitchen sink on Sunday. I called Bryan on Monday at 12:30 and he came to our house that evening and was there at 5:45; stayed an hour to assess the situation and let us know what needed to be done. He came back the next day, got there at 10:30 and was there until 2:45. He replace the faucet plus a few pipes and connectors, as well as install shut-off valves. We purchased the faucet and he had everything else. Total was $320 (the faucet was separate, of course), which I thought was great for all the work he did. He did a great job - no problems.

He's prompt and he does what he is supposed to do most of the time. While he does get the stuff done, he is a tad on the slow side. He does it and he does a good job. He does know what he is doing.

Had a previous owner who thought it would be a good idea to drywall over all of the gas pipes and valves... when it came time to hook up a gas log in the fireplace, we had no gas. Awesome. Brian came out in 2 days (offered to come the same day, but I couldn't be there). He showed up on time, took a quick assessment of the situation, and was able to find 2 closed valves by making two small holes in the drywall, and was able to do it all in out of the way corners of unused closets. Quick work, on time, and very professional. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Very well indeed. Brian was able to do the work rather earlier than I would have expected. He is very polite, and even put up with my snoopy dog. He did a good job cleaning up after himself. I will certainly call on him again.

he never showed up on time , he would leave after 2 hours of work and say he had to come back another day then he would tell me when it was convenient for him to come back. I finally told him since a one day job was talking him over a week to finish that I would get someone else to finish the job. He overcharged for the materials he used. He left a mess-caulk all over the sink top, dirt all over the floor.He was very inconsiderate of my time and schedule. One day I told him I had to leave at 2:00, he said he would be at my house in the morning and finish she job. At 2:00 when he still wasn't there I walked out the door as he was pulling in my driveway. He acted like I was supposed to wait for him to show up . I was very sorry I called him to do the job and will not make the same mistake again. It will save me money and time wasted waiting for him. I just read his response. He must be thinking of someone else, because what he claims is not true. It shows how much class and integrity he has, which is none.

We were really happy with the services that he performed. He was friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.

He arrived on time, he gave VERY thorough explanations of what needed to be done and why, his work was meticulous and he was pleasant to work with. I will be using him again soon, I'm sure.

Brad was great from the start. Most of the time he could do things right away, but did have vehicle problems a couple of times. I originally called him for the dishwasher leaking, and he responded within an hour, diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me repair options. I decided to buy a new one and had him install it at a lot less than I would have had to pay the appliance store. Everything he did was top notch and he explained what he was doing ahead of time. He will be the first call I make from now on when I need anything fixed around the house. As an added bounus, if there is any doubt about what he should charge, he will always go with the price that favors the customer.

Brian did a fantastic job on both occasions. I highly recommend him to anyone in the Rockford area who needs a handyman at a reasonable price.

Brian came out to the house late afternoon this past Wednesday to check on what needed to be done and said with parts and labor it would be about $165. He said he could be back on Saturday morning which fit our plans fine. This morning he came at 8:30 AM and was done by 10:30 AM. He said he had to do some additional work for the faucet connection but that both repairs were done and the water was back on. He asked that we check the work in an hour and then again before we went to bed and let him know if there was any problem. We discussed a couple of other things I wanted done with the plumbing before this next winter and he went back down to the basement to check out a couple of things and afterwards said he would be able to handle it. I will most definitely have him do the work this fall.

The work was done over a two month period. The weather was nice when I contacted him but we had winter again. Brian stayed in contact we me throughout the projects. He is very conciseness and wants to please.

Yard work done as expected at the price negotiated. He will be doing all my yard work this year. I'm now going to have him do some grout filling in my home. He is very good!!! A++ recommendation.

We spent about $2500 on that service. They were got up waiting for the materials to be delivered, so it was a little longer than we thought.

Brian did a nice job, was professional, and I am satisfied with the work he's done for me. His prices are very reasonable.

It went fantastic and Brian far exceeded my expectations. He is very straightforward on what he can and cannot do. Also, very clean in his work. Removed and put in trash all old bulbs, cartons, screen. Couldn't decide what type of bulb to use in various areas and he gave me a quick run-down of the pluses and minuses of each type thus making it easy to decide. He arrived exactly on time and finished 2 hours faster than what I had estimated. I didn't even have to go and buy bulbs. Once he knew what type would fit my needs, he went to the closest hardware store and picked them up. You can't go wrong with this guy.

The job was done as an expert would do the job. His price was very fair and he did it the same day I called. I was very impressed with the company and would not hesitate for a moment in recommending them.

I'm very happy with the finished work. Brian had some good advice for making choices. there were some glitches with plumbing leaking, Brian came promptly to fix it. During the whole process, there were time stretches that he wasn't available, so the project took longer start to finish than anticipated.

Brian did an excellent job replacing my sump pump, and also fixing a outlet that was shorting out. Two weeks later I called him again to fix a toilet that was acting up.

I called Brian to clear a clog from my kitchen sink. He attempted to do it using a large pipe snake, which broke off on something in the pipe. He went downstairs, moved the tiles from the drop cealing out of the way, and cut the pipe in two places to retrive the pipe snake. That's when we found the clog; 6 other pipe snakes wrapped together surrounded by food stuff from the disposal. Once the pipe was cleaned and replaced, the problem went away. The amazing part was the bill: $280. I was expecting twice that price. True professional service, and I will happy call on him again in the future.
