Called Shon late in the evening last Wednesday during that horrible week when the temperature was barely above zero during the day and fell to subzero temps overnight. Our well pump had simply stopped working so we were without water entirely! Shon returned our call within 5 minutes of having placed it with his answering service. He listened respectfully and carefully as we fully described our problem. After providing exhaustive information to Shon, he told us exactly the nature of the pump failure, how he was going to go about fixing it the next day (Thursday) and that he would most likely be finished by noon the next day. He arrived promptly at the time agreed upon and immediately set about his work. He was finished promptly, cleaned up his work area, and left the the invoice on the kitchen table prior to departing. He was personable, friendly, patient, prompt, and professional in the best sense of the term. We discussed some other ideas we had about bathroom remodeling. We could not have made a better choice among those listed for well pump installation and repair. He carried all necessary parts and replacement in his truck so that he did not have to return to his shop to obtain anything different. He is A+ in our book and we will definitely use him again. Do yourself a favor and call Shon.

This was my second positive experience. First was last fall, I had no water and was prepared to spend a lot of money on a new well pump. It was only a short in the wiring but I had no way to know that. They could have sold me a new pump but only fixed what was wrong. I was warned that my pressure tank was not 100% and be prepared to replace it is a year or so. Today almost a year later I had them come to replace it as I felt it had declined in performance. Testing showed it did need to be replaced and was for the exact amount of the estimate. They were timely and left everything cleaned up. I get a call back within minutes of calling their answering service. When my well pump finally goes, I will call them.

Was nothing but a battle to get him out here. Completely threw everyone else under the bus and blamed them for him not showing up. We finally had to call the realtor that sold us the house and got him involved. The entire time he was here doing the job he complained. They use an answering service so he is near impossible to get a hold of.
