+ -1 moreNever responded to my bid request. I hate giving an overall rating when I don’t know the quality of their work - the rating is based strictly on their failure to respond, which is extremely unprofessional in my opinion.

+ -1 moreGreat work - Steve's crew was here when promised, did the work quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly once finished. Steve checked in periodically to supervise the work and ensure I was happy with the results. We had several high-volume rainstorms after the work was done, and I did not have any leaks. I would definitely use their services again, and highly recommend Aaby Construction.
Description of Work: The roof over my enclosed sun porch was replaced by another contractor about nine years ago and had developed leaks within two years of the work. Steve, the owner at Aaby, diagnosed the root cause of the problem quickly and accurately and recommended a solution. Given the somewhat unusual needs for the repair, he also recommended the best time of year for the repair.
