When I called spoke with receptionist who said someone will get back to me. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call back right away. Spoke with designer John Algozzini and set up appointment following week that worked for us. He came out and talked to us about what we were thinking and took pictures. He was honest right from the start and told us it would take a couple of weeks to get the design together. No big deal because I wasnt in a hurry anyways. A couple of weeks later John brought us the design and we made a few adjustments. Completely loved the perennials John had picked for our yard since we had no idea what we were doing. AgainJohn was honest in telling us that it would take about 5 weeks to get work done. Received call week prior to set up appointment. Day off, John was there with the crew to place everything in the right area and answer any questions I had. The staff that actually did all the labor were nice and courteous. It was a very hot day when they completed the work and it was done perfectly. They cleaned up and watered all the plants for me. A week later I had a concern about one of the plants and John got back to me that same day. Completely impressed with quality, responsiveness, honesty, and how easy they made this experience.
