+ -1 moreAl ( the owner ) showed up on time along with a very clean & pleasant young helper that required no instruction.They entntered my home like a well oiled machine.Taking their shoes off upon entering , they proceeded to lay down rugs under each window to catch any cleaning fluid that might be dripped during the procedure . After soaping with a brush,they scrap the windows with a 5 inch razor sharp blade that really gets the job done.They are then wiped clean, cleaning fluid reapplied & bladed dry. This procedure is done inside & out.Next they double check their work visually with a man inside & out. After loading tools up & everything pick up Al invites you to do an inspection and addresses any concerns that they might be able to help you with prior to leaving. Summary: This owner is proud of his work, provides personalized service, & flat out insists that you're happy before he's happy. I have asked him to come out three times per year as I find him to be more than reasonable, & know that I get a wonderful value.
Description of Work: Washed & dryed 42 residence windows inside & out.
