Bill's Moving and Storage Co. employees were professional and friendly from beginning to end. The receptionist was perfect. I called approximately 5 times throughout the planning and execution of our move and she was extremely helpful and courteous. The estimator, Shelly, was wonderful, too. He answered many questions for me and asked the right questions, too. I was very comfortable having him in our home. He came a day or two after my initial call and provided the estimate before leaving. He explained exactly what would happen on the day of the move: Two men would come with a certain size truck and we would be charged by the hour. They would be available all day, so, if we ended up having more, or fewer, things to move, it would not be a problem for them and we would only be charged for the total time they worked. On moving day, Matt and Joe arrived right on time. They were AMAZING! They did a walk-through to see what was going to be moved and then got right to work. They knew exactly what order to follow to have everything arranged on the truck properly. They were careful, quick and friendly! They worked very hard and even with the extra items we had, they were finished in less time than was estimated. Bill's worked with us through 2 changes of the move-in time and were right there when the time was right. I didn't think they would begin a job at 4:00 p.m., but they did! Matt and Joe moved everything in carefully and quickly. Nothing was damaged. They had the best attitudes and were gentlemen, through and through. The final bill was under the estimate because of their speedy work! I can't tell you how refreshing that was, when everything else involved with our move seemed to be more expensive than we planned! Bill's Moving and Storage is fantastic and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a moving/storage service.
