Fast and efficient. Was thankful how fast he was able to get the projects I needed done. Replaced a window, shower faucet and some plumbing with my water heater. Everything looks great.

workmanship on drywall was ok, the drywall tape he replaced was ok. paint coverage in bedroom was bad and he left paint droppings on both carpets.

Artios Painting/ Mike did a wonderful job, I have no complaints at all. I thought the price was fair, he had the lowest price, he was able to start right away. I didn't have much time to get the mold out of the basement before renting the house, Mike and crew worked every day until the job was finished, they were fast but good. They also cleaned up all of their mess from working and shampooed the carpet better than I've ever seen it. Mike will tell you everything you need to fix the problem and make the place look good to, you decide how much you want him to do, I had them fix the mold problem and make it look as nice as they could after removing the paneling, it's a nice big basement that will be used. Mike would call daily to let me know when they would be working at the house or if I was there he would tell me his start time and what they plan on doing that day. Mike and his crew were friendly and easy to work with. I don't think I will have to deal with mold again with the good job they did plus the tips Mike gave me about preventing or catching the mold when you first see it. It's now been three months and everything is still perfect, no mold, fast work and a good price. I would recommend Artos Painting/Mike any time. I'm sure I will be using Artio Painting again for one of the many other things that he work on, I live in a older home. Thank you so much Mike.

Quotation for washing and painting was high compared to other bids. He expressed interest in also doing miscellaneous carpentry repairs. I was not convinced of what would be provided in regard to quality, cleanliness, 'value'.

Outstanding work, scraped, pressure washed, primed, re-scraped, re-primed. Not the lowest prices around, but Mikes work is 95% better than the painters I've used before. Looks like a new house (or as close as a 126 year old house will ever get). If you're willing to spend the money, you'll get outstanding results from Mike. He's honest, a little unconventional, and will go all out for you to provide a quality job. Also does mold remediation and takes the required precautions for lead based paint removal if that's your situation.
