Terrible time management said they would be here within the hour and it's already been 3. Our basement was flooding and we had no idea what was wrong. My cat has better time management.

They told me 2 years ago that I needed a new drainage systemI call almost every week sometimes several times a week and they can’t seem to get the estimate done for my insurance. Meanwhile the drain backs up and who do you think comes to fix it and bill me? I keep asking to have Tim call me but he doesn’t. I’m very disappointed. We have several rental properties and have given him a lot of business in the past.

Have used Sauk Valley Plumbing in the past. Really liked during business with them and found Miles to be a great professional. Called August 8th to get an estimate for new construction work because I wanted to use local businesses. Was told that Tim would be in on Tuesday August 12. Called again on Thursday August 14 was told that Tim had just gotten back on Wednesday and would contact me when he got caught up. Hear nothing until September 8 when the office called wanting to know if they could still bid the job. Gave them my builder's information. Sent a text on September 10 to see if SVP and builder had communicated. Was told by SVP that Tim was out until Sept 12th and would call me. It is now September 18th and still hear nothing from SVP. I am very disappointed I wish this had not happened.

They came out within a few hours of our phone call and located the clog quickly and got things flowing again.

They were a little late at first, but they did a great job at finding what the problem was and fixing it. They took their time and gave me some good advice incase I might need them in the future.

Excellent. Called, came out within 1 hr, gave estimate and came out next morning to install water heater.

Very well. One time, he even came to my house on Thanksgiving Day for an emergency (prior to 30 people arriving for dinner)!

The repairs that Miles performed were very professional and done quickly as well. He performed a repair on my bathroom, and kitchen in just 1 hour, including the amount of time it took him to go back to the shop and get a part! He explained everything he was doing and did not do anything harmful to the walls before asking. I will definitely be using them again when I redo my bathroom later this year.

I called early morning and they were able to fit me in on my schedule. When Nathan arrived he was polite and professional. He listened to my explaination and asked a few questions. He then explained what he was going to do (you a mechanical snake) and how it should go and what might go wrong. Happily, nothing at all went wrong. He explained some of the things that cause this issue, a very nice thing for him to do. He cleaned up and left. He was polite, considerate and informative though out the entire process.

My experience with them was excellent and I would say their prices are reasonable.
