It went great. They showed up within a half hour while in between jobs. They were very friendly and professional. They just needed to secure the exhaust pipe then they also inspected some other things to make sure everything looked alright. They gave me a more than fair price and I greatly appreciate their work. Thank you again! Now I know who I can call for all my future plumbing needs!

water heater shut off for no apparent reason. They found that the heat shield was missing which caused a flame roll out. (safety feature shut off the water heater) They searched around under the water heater and found the missing heat shield. After installing it back properly they were able to get the pilot lighted and stayed to test everything to make double sure it was performing correctly. I felt they went above and beyond to make sure the customer was satisfied.

The gentleman came in and replaced the old broken plumbing with new. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable.

They were on time. They accessed the line through the crawl space. It went fairly quickly and have had no troubles since.

He is very prompt and usually returns my calls within a couple of hours; he gives very good service. I will use him again in the future.

Mr. Celletti arrived at the agreed upon time and date to begin the work. He arrived with tools in hand, ready to get started. Mr. Celletti re-survied the bathroom and re-ascertained and reacquainted himself with where important features were located and then went about doing the demolition work. Mr. Celletti was cognizant of the work he would be performing would be somewhat messy and took appropriate precautions laying out drop cloths and taking other protective measures as to not make any more mess than required. He worked tirelessly in getting the old tub an fixtures out, accomplishing most work behind the closed door of the bathroom to avoid unnecessary noise to the other parts of the house. Mr. Celletti had made previous arrangements and had in place methods to remove all material taken from the bathroom, alieviating me from having to get rid of it. Mr. Celletti was unobtrusive and very conscientious of the work he was performing and worked relentlessly until he had the bathroom up and running. He left at the point in which we had agreed upon that he would leave the bathroom, to return later to finish the required work. Mr. Celletti was true to his word and completed the work in a thoughtful and expident manner. Upon complettion of the job he felt it necessary to ammend his invoice to a lesser amount as he felt he couldn't justify the charges due to problems beyond his control cropping up with the installation. Mr. Celletti is a more than qualified plumber who shows his talent through his work, rather than self boasting. Mr. Celletti displays a level of professionalism seldom seen in todays times, much less within his own trade. Mr. Celletti takes due pride in his work and it is most evident in the way and manner in which he completes his tasks. I would not hesitate one iota in calling on Mr. Celletti in the future for any plumbing need that might arise as he has shown himself to operate just a little better than most. It was truly an honor having him do this work for us and we could not be happier with his labors. Thank you Jerry!!!
