He told me it sounded as though he could solve my problem through a few possible solutions, and was willing to drive almost an hour from his location to mine (without charging any additional travel fees). We made an appointment for within a few days. He was prompt, courteous in the extreme, and willing to explain as much or as little as we wished, He fixed the problem completely within about 2 hours, charged a MORE than reasonable price for his services, and left us very happy customers. I will not hesitate to use his services again if I have any more problems with computers or gadgets.
Description of Work: I dropped a small alarm clock on a desktop computer tower, which caused it to stop booting up when I would try to turn my computer on.

+ 2 moreTech2Door, Dave Eiter, came to my house and really helped me out of a jam! My computer was filled with viruses and he had them cleaned out in no time and had it running faster than it ever has. He helped me decide which virus protection plan to go with and it has been great. I never had any safety concerns with him coming into my house and he was very friendly, let alone patient with me. I'm no computer geek by any means, and asked Dave to explain some of the other software that I had on my computer and how to use it. Dave took the time to explain how things work in a language I easily understood.He also helped me hook up my surround sound on my television which took him almost no time to do. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has computer issues, sound system issues, and even things like broken ipad or cell phone screens. I sent him to another friend of mine who had a broken ipad screen and he was able to repair it.
Description of Work: Computer purchases, cleaning out nasty computer viruses and tutoring me on advanced software usage.
