Keith came out to give me an estimate for replacing the shingles on the roof. He found a "gaping hole" in one area that also had a couple of smaller holes near it. He took pictures to show me the damage when he presented his estimate. His estimate included fixing any minor holes that might be found but he clarified that if the wood on the entire roof needed to be replaced, it would be more. He and his crew started the work and completed the work on a very cold, winter weekend. They did an excellent job and also did a very good job of cleaning up the job site. In addition to fixing the holes, Keith got into the attic and discovered some structural problems with the trusses. He took photos to document the problems and show me what needed to be done. He and his team reinforced the trusses and fixed other problems that they found. I now have a roof that will pass a home inspection. Keith and his team were very polite and considerate of me as a customer. I felt very safe while they were here working on the roof. Because of the extra work with the trusses, the job cost a little more than the original estimate but the cost was more than fair. I would highly recommend this company for this type of work.
