have used Chicago Water Connection for all my plumbing needs since 2012. I have been in the construction business for over 25 years. I am also a licensed realtor who recommended his services for multiple clients. He has done simple things like water heater and sump pump replacements to installing new plumbing for a whole house. He specializes in new outdoor water service , sewer installation and repairs. Hands down Tom from Chicago Water Connections is the best in the business.

Chicago Water Connection personnel responded quickly to my call and scheduled the appointment for the next day. Tom arrived on time and quickly identified the problem with my sewage pipe. The problem was near the city's main connection, and the distance exceeded any heavy-duty drain rodding machines. Tom not only had the appropriate equipment but to prevent future clogging, he cleaned the inside pipe with the 6"-8" blade and verified all with the camera at the end. Tom was quick and professional. Definitely, I recommend Chicago Water Connection for any piping or plumbing issues.

This was such a bad experience, I had to add it to the list for future clients to avoid. Our main incoming water line clogged/broke. We had almost no water coming, just a trickle from the basement sink. We called The Scottish Plumber, but they referred us to Chicago Water Connection because they didn't have the license for the outdoor replacement. We were told to expect a call from Marcin. We waited a day, no call. Called back the Scottish Plumber who had referred us. He told us he would have Marcin call. Finally got a call from him. I asked if he could come as soon as possible to look at the problem because we had no way of washing, cooking, cleaning, etc. We were filling up buckets of water and melting snow to flush our toilets! He came and said we would have to replace the pipe from the city box at the parkway to our house. He told us it would be a day or two to get the permit from the city to dig, and a day or two to do the work. We were relieved because we thought we'd be back up and running in two to four days. Nope. It was three weeks! We kept waiting for news on the permit, and got nothing. He would say that we would have it for sure tomorrow, and then we wouldn't get a call. It was at least a week or so before they started digging. He would say that he would be there at 9 in the morning, and then show up at noon, or not at all that day. He had problems with his trucks not working, his equipment not working. Unfortunately, in the middle of all this, his relative passed away and he took some time for that. Once the digging had been done, he had to wait for the inspector to come to observe them actually replacing the pipe. He said he knew someone and they would definitely be coming on Monday. On Monday, still no one. They finally had to replace the line without the inspector and take a video to show them when they came, but they had to leave the pits open so the inspector could see the pipe. So we finally had water, but still huge holes in our front lawn and dirt piled everywhere. This went on for a couple more days. The day they finally came to fill in the holes they said they would be there at 11 or 12. I canceled something else so I could be home, and then they didn't show up until 2. It was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The work is done, and we have water, but I can't imagine it would have been such an arduous journey with a more professional company.
