Reynolds Well Drilling

Dealing with Reynolds has been a pleasure from the first phone call inquiring about wells, to the end of the work. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite, from the receptionist to the drilling supervisor to the actual crew. They were prompt and professional all the way through to completion. We had no experience with wells before and had some concern, as water in our area is known to be problematic. The crew was very knowledgeable and did not seem bothered at all that I had several questions and concerns about the project while they were working. The crew took the time to answer my questions and explain the unknown to me without hesitation during the actual work that was being conducted. Bill, whom I assume is the crew leader, was extremely knowledgeable about wells and seemed genuinely concerned with getting us an adequate amount of water. In other words, it was obvious he wasn't just there to do a job and get it over with. He took the time to make sure it was done correctly so that we would not have future problems and didnt seem to mind that it was unbareably hot on this particular day. All in all, I would definetely recommend them to anyone needing a well!
