As above, no sense that they cared about doing a good job at all.
Description of Work: They were hired to clean my entire house every other week. I even left a list to be sure everything would get done. They would not vacuum all the rooms nor the 2 sets of stairs and they broke things. I complained to the owner. She would take days to respond to my calls. When told that things were not being done, she just said that they couldn't satisfy me. She didn't seem concerned about broken things. They only did the cleaning as minimally as they could. No desire to just do the job properly. I would never suggest this service to anyone!

I would like to respond to this report. This individual we could not make happy no matter what we did. I did call her back every time. She did not have voicemail set up on her phone, so we were unable to leave a message. She has had mulitple house cleaners. The ones she had before she said she was not happy with either. They left very personnel items out that the housecleaners should not have seen or should of had to move pretty nasty. They should have put the stuff up that they used the night before, so that we did not have to see this items. She would call late in the evenings 9pm and after, when I was trying to get my children to bed. Her children were rude to the ladies that came and cleaned her house as well. The ladies are there to do a job and the kids talked down to them like they were lower than they were because they were housecleaners, it was not a pleasant thing. I have lots of clients that are very happy with our services and I do care about what my clients think. I spent 24 years in the Military so I have a lot of respect for everyone and how things are done. There are some people you can not make happy not matter what you do, unfortunatley! I have wonderful ladies that work for me and they do a great job!! I told this individual thank you for your business and I hope you can find someone that will make you happy!
