Did an excellent job. They picked up carpet for us. They were able to accommodate our schedule. They were prompt in arrival. Their work was of the highest quality. They were professional and courteous.

They're great if you don't mind white trash alcoholics showing up and causing hundreds of dollars worth of damage to your home. I don't have anything good to say about them. They were hired as subs to install carpet in a master bedroom/bath remodel. They stormed in, threw all my tools aside, and the wrecking crew went to town. They began chiseling away excess mortar in the doorway to the bathroom where I had just laid a heated floor system under 2'x2' porcelain tile. I told her to be careful, as I had installed a heated floor system there and she needed to watch for wires. She didn't listen, and didn't care. She chewed through the heating element wire, not once, but twice. She didn't knick the wire, she removed a section of it, and didn't say a word. Not one word. She knew what she had done, but chose not to say anything. They were out of there by noon to go get their drink on, and I was left to discover the next day that my $3,000 heated floor no longer worked. I called the carpet company that hired them, and let them know what she had done, and I was issued a check to buy more tile, because I had to tear up the old tile to repair the break in the wire. As for compensation for my time, additional labor, extra materials, equipment rental to locate the break in the wire, and the heating element repair kit, well, that's on me. They've cost me a small fortune with their ignorance, and I hope to never work with, or see them, again.
