+ 0 moreThis could have turned out to be an awful experience, but it was great. Bill came in and found a disaster under one of my bathroom floors: leaking pipes and rotted support beams. It took him the two days he had scheduled to install the floor, but he repaired my pipes, beams, re-did my subfloor and re-installed my shower base. He worked me in over the next couple of weeks to get the tiling done, which I appreciated. He kept his committments to his other customers and finished my home too. I respect that. He did a great job cleaning up and I am still thrilled about my new floors. they are gorgeous, level!! I couldn't be happier!
