He was responsive to our inquiry. We chose him over another contractor be cause his price seemed more realistic. He started work right away and worked on the floor everyday until completion. He did it exactly as we asked. He was very neat and cleaned up the mess every night. He placed cardboard on the floor area where he would enter the house.

We have contracted with Dave Austin for many jobs ranging from minor electrical repair to flooring work to remodeling to painting. All engagements have been very satisfying and have been completed on time with quality results.

Installed backsplash. Did a good job. Also installed lighting under kitchen cabinets. Has done a number of projects around house, always does a nice job.

Dave picked up the materials that I had ordered from Menard's, prepped them for finishing and took them to another shop to have them finished. When they were ready, he brought the doors etc to my house and installed them. Installation took about 3 days and is beautiful.He returned my housekey promply and sent me an invoice marked paid in a timely manner. All in all an excellent experiance all around. i am going to use him when I remodel the bathroom.
