Ceilings were done fine, overall. There were places where paint bubbled and Paller addressed it. The front steps took 3 attempts. Initially, they used the same product we told them had peeled. Within days, it peeled again. They then stripped some paint and re-did it. It peeled within 10 days. At that point, I was told I would be charged for them to re-do the job. Once I supplied copies of e-mails that showed that it was still under their guarentee, the work was done without the additional fee.

The crew worked seven days total on the job and were very neat, thorough and accommodating. I couldn't ask for a better experience. When I need some indoor painting done for a rental unit I own, I will be giving Paller Painting a call.

A very professional operation with concern for detail and the desire to please. All papering was done to high standards and the painting was done quite well. The paint team was very anxious to please and went out of their way to help with moving of furniture, and to attend to special areas of concern (areas requiring quality stripping and prepping of woodwork and walls). Also not to be understated is Lauren and her team's patience as we reevaluated papers and paints; they should get a medal for being unflappable! We will definitely hire again as new work emerges.
