Description of Work: Responded immediately to my email, set a date, and showed up exactly on time. Explained any additional costs if necessary (there was not). Work was well done, cleaned up after themselves, explained how long I needed to wait before using the area. Very professional and very timely.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for three hours of grout repair/replace. The communication with the office was easy. Two workers arrived right on time and worked very efficiently to get done what I wanted within my three hour time frame. I had grout removed and replaced in my kitchen and two bathrooms, and I am very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: There were two men for the Big Deal I bought to re-caulk my shower and sink areas in my bathrooms. They finished in a little over an hour, left the work areas spotless, and were courteous and generally helpful. The Big Deal was for labor ($89) and materials (caulk for $14) were extra, understandably. Generally, a really good deal.

Description of Work: I purchase a Big Deal for $89 for up to 4 Man Hours of Kitchen & Bathroom Caulking and Grout Restoration! They were prompt and did a great job. I kept them plenty busy and I would have them back in a minute.

Description of Work: I used this contractor to perform some ceiling drywall repairs. The crew that showed up was very professional and the quality of the work was excellent. However, I was a little disappointed with their billing. I purchased a package from Angie's List for a certain amount of hours of labor for a fixed amount of money, and the crew explained upfront that there was an additional fee for overtime, if they ran over. What they did not explain is that they round the work up to the nearest half hour or hour, I can't exactly remember now. So, when I asked them to perform some additional overtime, they ended up working 32 minutes extra and charged me for 60 minutes. And, they were completely inflexibile about negotiating for some amount of money in between, even though there was no explanation upfront. Maybe, I am just new to the outside services field and this is completely normal, but I was still disappointed that this information was not explicitly explained ahead of time.

Description of Work: Two members of the crew appeared to replace drywall in my kitchen, where the walls had to be demo'd to remove the old tile. They did a wonderful job and charged me quite fairly for the extra time needed to do the work. Jim visited the job and was very cordial and professional. This is a really classy contractor.

Description of Work: Repaired kitchen ceiling and wall drywall. The "deal" was four worker-hours of drywall repair for $99. Crew of two plus owner worked for two hours and did as much of the job as they could in the allotted time. Owner's estimate for the remainder of the job was much more than anticipated, so we declined the additional services.
