Hello, Thanks for your business! In the initial emails and purchase we were extremely busy with schedule. Customer sent description and pictures to aid in preparation for repairs. There was some confusion because the area looked much worse repair than it actually was. Upon arrival and assessment we were able to complete repairs in an additional hour (due to mortar dry time) Met with customer who was very understanding and just happy we were able to complete the repair. I thought he might post another/second review because in the end he seemed very pleased. I do appreciate your time and understanding. Thanks, JT

Description of Work: I contacted company, they said they would be busy for a few weeks and get back to me. Company called me about a week later saying they had time that day, I was not available for that day. Company said they would call back to schedule when they can, they are busy and just had a break that day. Company hasn't called me back in about a week or more. Too complicated to get a date for work, requesting refund.

Description of Work: Repaired drywall that had been damaged by wallpaper and paint a small bathroom. The drywall repair was done well done and I would use the company to do that kind of work again. The paint job was less than perfect. I know red is a difficult color, but I could have done as well, or better myself painting the room.

It took more time than the coupon provided for so we paid more to complete the work. They were very professional, and we would hire them again.
