Description of Work: It took him 3 weeks to respond to my call. I was having surgery, my 30 year old son took the call. We needed a 24 inch by 30 inch hole repaired . He immediately told my son that he doesnt do that. The Angie's List offer was for small holes. NOWHERE did it say that in the offer. Then he told my son to send pictures, he then told him of all unnecessary work that needed to be done. He'd get back to him. He never did. I called and left a number of messages. He told me to send pictures again, he deleted the other ones. I told him no. I paid for this and I want someone to come out and take a look at it. He said that would be an extra charge or he'd use my initial job purchase towards it. Weeks later, after not showing up twice, he came. He said he was too busy. I showed him other potential work that he seemed more interested in. It took him another 2 weeks to give me ridiculously high quotes, but still nothing for the initial drywall repair work. He finally sent me that one for $880.00 which he added on extra work. I hired someone else who did the repair work that was needed for $125. This went on with James Taccola from the day I made my purchase until I FINALLY received his estimate on 4/30/15. I have copies of correspondence. To say I am dissatisfied is a gross understatement. Unfortunately I purchased 2 offers that day from Angie's list, and both claimed the ad was incorrect because that is not what was offered. I am requesting a refund once again, and have decided to eliminate Angie's List all together.

They sent out two workers who patched a 2 foot square hole in our bedroom ceiling as well as some plaster cracks in our upstairs hallway. They completed the job in 2 hours and we were very satisfied with the results.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for kitchen or bathroom caulking and grout restoration. The work was completed two or three months ago. They did the work in my bathtub and my kitchen sink. They were good overall.

Description of Work: Replastered damaged ceiling plaster and painted. Took a bit longer than I had anticipated, but they worked diligently and the outcome was excellent.

Description of Work: Bought coupon on Angie's List for drywall and paint services. They replaced a 8 foot by 1 foot hole in basement drywall, then primed to make paint-ready. Job took a bit longer than expected, running over the cost of my pre-purchased deal, but overall a good value and work was very good.
