Description of Work: After paying for the coupon with an Angie's list agent I contacted the company. I was told I would have to wait 2 weeks before they can talk to me about it. I said no problem. I waited 2 weeks and called back. The coupon is for 4 hr of dry walling service. He stated it would be 2 hrs with 2 men. I said that's not what the coupons says. He says that's what it would take-2 men. Not Cool!!!!

Description of Work: I cancelled the work due to the list of problems below: I purchased "$115 for 4 Hours of Drywall/Plaster Repair" yet workers said that the deal was only for 2 man hours when the printed coupon clearly stated otherwise. Workers were late, and went to wrong address. This company works only banker's hours and are unaccomodating w/ client's schedule.

Description of Work: They did exactly the work I wanted done and they did it very well, I am happy with the results. |I am puzzled by the price because I paid for 4 hours of work and did indeed get 4 hours (2 men, 2 hours) but they did advise me that if they worked beyond the 2 hours the overtime would be $55 per hour, hmmm. If I do the math correctly that means an additional 2 hours of work for 2 men would only cost me $110, I paid $115 for the same thing - I'm confused.

Description of Work: JT contracting reached out to me and they were very nice. After speaking with a rep he said they couldn't do the work I had reqeusted and that there would be additional costs. Overall they were friendly and nice and I appreciate them reaching out and discussing what i needed done in further detail before wasting both of our times. I will def to look to Angie's List in the future for any needs I may have. Thanks, Scott.

Description of Work: They failed to followup in scheduling services with me. I contacted them via email a number of times. I finally gave up and decided to go with a difference provider.

Description of Work: While this company called me back, I found the conversation difficult. I was looking for advice to determine how I wanted to approach replacing my porch. He asked me the measurements of the porch (which I didn't know) and told me to send him pictures instead of coming out to talk to me and make an estimate. I found more receptive companies and chose not to go with this one.

Description of Work: This is my second review on the same project. I did give them a good review the first time, but since I have gone to paint my kitchen after they repaired the holes and cracks and found one good size Crack they didn't repair. When I contacted them they said it would be $155 for 2 hours. I feel it should have been done the first time. They said I signed off, which I did but I still think they should complete the job.

Description of Work: had purchased 2-men/2-hours work $100. Bathroom#1: replaced 5 loose tiles/drywall behind tiles; redid grout and silicone caulked tub and paintable caulk to sink area. Bathroom#2: removed/reapplied silicone caulk tub and paintable caulk to sink. Powder Rm: removed caulk/reapplied paintable caulk |Required 2-hrs additional d/t BR #1: $220, material: 30.00 + general repair $50. Problem was just before leaving, removed caulk from 3-tiles on wall between door and tub to find drywall was sunken, would require removal of door frame to place another piece of drywall, replace tiles, and re-grout & re-caulk @ a minimum of $159 for 2-men to complete work. Haven't contacted re: completion of work as yet d/t other circumstances.

Description of Work: Mud, tape,sand bedroom and panel in hall . mudded,taped and sanded three times results very impressive. |
