Description of Work: They arrived on time, repaired the drywall over our shower, replacing inferior tape with something better. Then they primed the area. A day or two later a bubble appeared and I asked them to come back and fix it and they did, right away. I also hired them to paint the ceiling and wall which they did beautifully, for an additional fee.

Description of Work: Exchanged a few messages with the provider, who explained that time finding park space is included in the service time period. This is unreasonable but I continued the conversation anyway since I don't think I will need 4 hours anyway given the work itself is just to paint half of a mid sized bedroom. I told the provider that 1 person 4 hours will work out better for my case rather than 2 person 2 hours, since I don't want to be charged extra outside the 2 hour window and my work is minimal and does not need 2 person. The provider totally ignored my request and said will send 2 person. I asked them to provide availabilities last week and had to ask three times to get availabilities after a week asking. Overall it is very bad experience communicating with the provider and I don't want to continue the service/communication. Please process my refund request. Thanks.

Description of Work: They fixed where a plumber made a hole in the ceiling to fix the pipes. They also fixed a light switch not working. |Now the light switch works flawlessly. The ceiling is a little lumpy . The hole looked worse right by the back door. I guess I'll deal with the lumps. Better then a hole.
