Great. It was easy to schedule, they showed up on time and the person who did the job was the same gentleman I worked with over a year ago. This is the second time I have used JT General on two of my buildings. I also recommended them for a third job with another condo owner in my building. It was rescheduled three times due to various reasons, all of them legitimate. Although they did a nice job, I'm a little unhappy that the color doesn't match my previous color; some being in obvious places. Also, the caulking seemed a little thin compared to my tiles.

Terrible experience. I told the owner that I needed a scrape in one of my walls repaired and painted. I even sent a picture. Despite my explicit instructions to the owner, however, his workers still showed up without a clue as to what to do. They then proceeded to paint the wall without first repairing the scraped drywall. We pointed out their mistake and they tried to blame us! Because we complained enough, they went and repaired the dry wall, then painted the wall again. The paint was a shoddy job and we had to point out numerous mistakes for them to correct. I am glad we had someone onsite to supervise or else it would've been a complete mess when we got home. Still, we are not happy with the paint job, but we understand that this is the best they can do, given their lack of skill, so we will not be asking them back. To add insult to injury, the painters demanded to clean their paint brushes in our utility sink. When we refused (the sink was just bought and we did not want paint going into it, nor was this ever agreed to), they refused to leave until they were paid for the cost of new brushes. Under duress, I had to agree to the cost as two painters refused to leave our house and my wife who was onsite felt threatened. To the Owner: You're lucky I didn't call the cops on your guys. It was a completely unprofessional job, from the bumbling painters to your incessant phonecalls trying to collect on your precious paintbrushes. A truly and ridiculously bad experience.

He came in to do some plastering but them he recommended other work that we did and we ran into a little bit more than we thought. Then the tub backed up because he was putting the scrapings down the tub area and I had to call a plummer which we another hundred and something dollars. The work they did was ok but they didn’t reimburse me for the plumbing.

It was not fantastic. I won't use them again. They came in September. They had 2 guys and they had only 2 hours. The wall that they did plaster, they teared up a lot that has some cracks on it. After they left, there were just crack. My husband fixed that up.

They were very courteous and prompt but delivered excellent work. because I had purchased the Angie's List deal, they were very aware of how much time I had purchased and asked before they exceeded their allotted time.

Again, I did not use this service. I should not be constantly reminded to write a review for a service I did not hire.

A very precise edging job in places...walls and ceiling. A very well done double-coated job. On time and professional as always.

Very professional. Explained in detail work to be done. Final result A++++. They do a variety of work. Based on our experience, if we need additional work, they will be the first ones we call.

I purchased a $99 Angie's List Big Deal for caulking in my kitchen and bathroom. Scheduling the services was easy. JT Contracting was responsive. Two contractors arrived at my home on time and completed the job to my satisfaction in under two hours. They removed the old, cracked acrylic caulking and replaced it with silicone in my kitchen and bathroom. The were very neat and cleaned-up afterwards. They provided excellent professional advice. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Very professional to deal with. Provided a thoughtful approach and estimate. This work encompassed multiple projects within a multi-unit condo and the decision was made to go with another contractor.

This is the second time I have used JT Construction. The did another fantastic job. Arrived on time, got right to work. Finished a bit early and asked if I wanted a second coat and warned it would run over coupon allowed time. I chose to pay extra for a second coat. Room looks great. The guys covered and taped where needed. No spills or drips. The paint job looks perfect. Will definitely call them back when we get to our next painting project.

I had requested that they give me 1 person for 4 hours, but my request was refused. They gave me two people for two hours, and they did not finish the job within the time. They offered to continue working at a much higher rate, so I refused.

Every time JT Contracting has done solid work. I wouldn't keep hiring them if they didn't. Prompt response via Angie's List and phone.

They were very responsive to my request - I bought the offer of $115 for 4 hours of drywall repair on Angies List - they were to my house within a few days of my request. However, I give a C on price - I needed an extra 20 minutes of work and they charged $55 (which is equal to $165 per hour). Given that they charged about $30 per hour on the Angies List offer but then jumped up to $165 per hour for extra time is why I rated lower on cost.
