Arrived on time. Completed the work promptly and left the space very clean and neat. Their work was excellent.

They did a great job. They called in advance so we could schedule a convenient time, they performed the work requested, and they did a nice job with the whole process. I plan to use them again for other jobs

The crew did a good job in repairing and replacing some caulked areas in my two bathrooms. I would use this company again as they were punctual and professional.

It was intensive manual labor, 3 guys on their hands and knees, 8-hour job. I think they took a half hour break for lunch. They really did an excellent job. I would use them again.

Initially he wasn't going to be available for a few weeks, but took our info and when their big project had a free day, he called and came the next day. We had discussed what I needed, and he advised me to purchase matching grout color for the repair, which I did. When he got here, it turned out I also needed sanded chaulk in the same color, which I didn't have. However, on this same day I had a refrigerator repair guy coming for a leaking ice maker, so he gave me the option of either paying them for their time to go get this sanded chaulk or he would get the refrigerator guy started if he got there before I got back (I was the third stop on the fridge guys schedule, so, literally, all I knew was he'd be here sometime on Friday). I thought it was nice he offered to do that so I'd be able to get the materials in the right color and not have to pay one of his guys to go get it. The grout looks like new, and his guys were very neat -- they placed tarps from the front door to the basement bath, and cleaned up everything. They even sealed the tile again. Before he started , we had a through discussion of what I was trying to accomplish, and whether regrouting the tile would accomplish that (there is some leaking going on somewhere, and the plumber thinks its the cracked grout). I would use them again.

We had purchased a 4-hours-for-$99 coupon to solve holes in our drywall in various rooms from removal of an antique intercom system in 4 rooms. It was hard to set up an appointment since James was very busy during the day. Once work was finally scheduled, the drywall work came out perfect and his team courteous and professional. They used tarps, cleaned up after the drywall work and left everything as we would have hoped -- and better. Our only recommendation is that James set up a call support service so calls get returned on a timely basis and at reasonable hours so that homeowners can plan when work will be done and when to ask for time off to be home. We would recommend James and his team to anyone -- just be willing to plan for lead time.

They did a very good job. They followed through with the coupon and the estimate. I paid about $400 extra. I would definitely refer them.

I believe that I explained it very well above. We were not replacing the whole bathroom floor tile,just trying to get it regrouted. We only had one tile left over from the builder that built the house in 1989. If any tiles broke while regrouting,we would have had to buy new tile & then had it put in. We just wanted to have the grout replaced where it had come out & have it all match in color. This is what we wanted. And this is what JT Contracting gave us. Much respect to both gentlemen that did the work. I just wanted to say that thr responsiveness was good only because my husband & JT Contracting were playing phone tag in trying to connect. JT Contracting was not avoiding us. Also,I am sorry about getting this submited to you sooner but my computer was having a problem & I just got it back 2 days ago.

They did a decent job, however I did not expect to have any additional work done. I only needed the grout to be fixed. The grout work, for some reason ended up costing more than the big deal.

Had purchased a "Big Deal" from Angie's List for $99. As I had had a few repairs in the past on loose wall seams, and the earlier job (with taping) only took a few moments, did not think the price for these repairs should cost an additional $260... but the contractor and his workers were already at the house, and I had already paid the $99, so I agreed. The contractor left the 2 workers to do the job, and all seemed to go well (I was surprised not to see any taping, as that had been part of the previous repair work I had had done.) The workers used a white plaster material, which blended with the paint on the repaired areas. When the workers were ready to leave, assembling their supplies, I was not happy with the smoothness of the 15 ft seam in the living room ceiling. The workers waited to tell the boss, who was picking them up. When he came, I pointed out the area in question. His attitude was belligerent, but he agreed to have the workers work on it a bit more. They used YELLOW material to do this, on the white ceiling, leaving the ceiling looking like it has water damage, and making repainting of the whole ceiling mandatory. (Not so with the original repair material, which, I have said, fairly matched the area.) Not happy with this contractor....would not recommend him to anyone. Mediocre work, high price, lousy attitude. Without taping, am not confident in the longevity of the repairs, either. About the best I can say is that I learned from this....had not checked his ratings before buying the Big Deal, assuming him to be a recommended contractor. Will never do that again!! ...

I highly recommend this contracting firm. They did a beautiful job removing broken grout and re-grouting the tile in my hallway and kitchen. They were right on time in arriving, and I was impressed with how meticulously and patiently they did just a perfect job. The result could not be nicer. It's truly just perfect. I asked them back to re-caulk a shower stall that had mold and cracks in the caulking. It looks brand new now. Again, meticulous, spotless, detailed work. And the gentlemen who did the work were super professional and courteous. I've already recommended this firm to friends. I don't remember how much I paid for either job, but I felt it was reasonable. And the owner of this firm was kind enough to also adjust the frame of my shower door to refit my glass door inside the frame while he was giving me an estimate. So I also got a working glass shower door back.

The contractor arrived and quickly assessed the job. He had good listening skills. After I was assured he knew what needed done, I let him know I was available for any questions and would be working at the kitchen table. He gathered his working materials and got to work. Was done in 2.5 hours and the job looked great.

It went well. They did an excellent job. They were prompt, they were knowledgeable and reasonable.

I called and scheduled for grout cleaning in bathroom, They came when they said they would and did the job professionally.

I purchased a "deal" for $89. I wanted to use that to get my bathroom grout cleaned. The grout looked nice and clean after they were done. They did give me a quote to do more work, but I felt the charge was more then I was willing to spend.

The owner came out to do the estimate. He was prompt and professional. He was able to schedule the work the same week. He and another worker did the work and finished in two days. They cleaned up very well each day and were on time. They were very easy to work with. We only had one problem. They told me to wait until the next day to paint. I did wait until the next day, but still ended up with some slight bubbling. When I called them, they were nice, but said that they had told me to "wait until it was completely dry". To my touch, it felt dry. But if he hadn't said I could paint the next day, I would have waited longer. He offered to come back and take a look at it, but we were going on vacation and didn't have time.

I rent out my condo and had bought the Angie's List deal to get the grout cleaned in the master bath, it was looking pretty grungy. I can't rate them on anything other than the results since my tenants dealt with scheduling etc. I was told however that they had a very hard time scheduling and for the original appt they didn't show up. As far as the end result though, it looks great!

They were a bit late and underestimated the time it would take to get to my house and I do appreciate good communication, but they apologized when they got here. Overall they were quite professional when they got here and the work they did. I would consider using them for future projects.

There were three people who came in and one of them did a very nice job and the other guy was really negative and didn't do a very good job.
