+ 0 moreWhen our house was built, our foundation was foot high than anyone else in the neighborhood, so we never have this problem, but now we had water over entire floor. They routed out the sewer twice to get out all roots. We have used them before and as usual, they did a good job. We have always been happy with their service. They are prompt and do great job.

+ 0 moreHMR had earlier repaired some damage to a pipe that RotoRooter had caused (but not told us about). We had them back to take a look at a smaller floor drain. They cleaned it out, along with a shower drain also in the basement -- very good work.

+ -1 moreWe have had them do work for us before and it had been quality work and a reasonable price. This time they quoted us a price, and I just paid them. It turned out they overcharged us by $375 dollars for work that wasn't necessary. I still haven't gotten a refund. We thought they were going to come back the next day, and they didn't.
Description of Work: They replaced a cracked toilet and put a new flush kit in another toilet, they fixed a handle on a faucet and did something to the shower head. The work took 2 days.
