Description of Work: Ricks team Installed patio door which now leaks at the sill which is pitched toward the house. Demo basement, framed basement. Demolition not completed to a high standard. Hired additional contractor to complete. Installed kitchen cabinets, installed incorrectly twice resulting in additional holes and damage. Demo of wall without protection to flooring requiring hardwood flooring to be refinished. Quoted time table that was not met with each project.

 + -1 moreIf I could give a 6-star review I would. Rick Diaz is a true professional. He met with my dad before I arrived in town to give him an estimate. He provided the estimate in a day or two. Then, he followed up on the estimate (which I liked). After meeting with several other painters, we hired Diaz Renovations for the job. We were so happy about the decision we made. Rick's painters were hard working, professional, and did a great job. They even worked on Memorial Day to get the job done while I was in town. We were especially impressed with their willingness to do touch-ups. Rick and his people have a strong focus on customer service. Rick always returns calls very promptly and does what he says he will do. If you have a painting job, hire Diaz Renovations today. You will be very happy you did.
Description of Work: I hired Diaz Renovations long distance to paint my parents' house in Chicago. I live in Philadelphia. I wanted to get an estimate and get the work done while I was in town visiting my parents. The job was to paint the first floor of their townhouse - living room, hallway, stairway, master bedroom, doors, and trim.

 + 4 moreThe work was done timely and expertly. Rick was there continually to oversee the project and was always available to discuss any issues that arose.
Description of Work: Rick and his workers prepared and painted most walls and ceilings in the home. They did some plaster work, sanded and finished the hardwood floors, fixed various electrical and plumbing issues, put in several light switches and fixtures and ran electric cables to various areas.
