John’s expertise in his job and past experience in building many homes makes him the perfect person to trust in your investment! We felt comfortable and confident in working with John within minutes of meeting with him. It was very evident that he has the best interest of his clients in mind, performing the inspection with great care and in detail. He went far beyond any expectations we might have had. He even agreed to meet with the seller’s to better try to understand one issue and was able to resolve the issue with the seller providing proof and documentation allowing us to have comfort in knowing that the home was a safe investment for our future. On short notice, John provided services for a home inspection needed for a home purchase contract. After the inspection he shared an overview of his findings by phone. The call was quickly followed by a detailed report with descriptions and photos which we received via email. The report was concise and easy to understand, yet quite thorough. John was highly recommended by a trusted friend who works in real estate to do an inspection prior to buying a home. He was extremely thorough and took time throughout the inspection to explain what he was finding and how to correct issues. I was blown away by how knowledgeable he was about HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and so many other specified areas. John provided a very detailed inspection report with photos and highlighted concerns the next day (after doing the inspection on a weekend, which I very much appreciated). He also sent a potential recall notice for the furnace, which I personally would’ve never thought to check. I had questions about some of the things he noted (because of my own lack of knowledge and experience) and emailed John to clarify and ask for advice. He immediately called me and took time to speak with me to explain everything I asked about and offered continued support. I feel that I can absolutely trust his expertise and feel much more confident moving into my first home knowing it was so carefully inspected and that all of the current and many potential future issues have been identified and can be addressed. Considering the amazing quality of services, the inspection was very affordable and absolutely worth the peace of mind that it brought. John did a wonderful and thorough job inspecting two homes for me as part of the buying process. It ended up being two homes because he uncovered a lot of things that the seller was trying to hide or not disclose that led to me walking away from the deal.
