The individual who came out to do the work was very nice and changed my dead bolt quickly. However, when it came time for the bill it was more than expected. I had company at the time and wasn't able to look over the bill as thoroughly as I would have liked. It wasn't itemized for an easy read either. As he was running my card I expressed some concern that it appeared to be more than expected and I asked, "It's $250 + $13/key right?". He said yes, and then pointed out the $10/parking that I had no idea I would be paying for. I was told, and my parents were told, on two different occasions that it was $250 + $13/key. However, I was charged $270 and $10 for parking! I was never told I would get charged for parking. When I called to ask about the bill I was told that I was quoted $270 which I was not. Although this is not a lot of money, I believe it was unethical of them to increase the price $20 and charge for parking without my knowledge. If it is standard practice to charge for parking I should have been told before they came out so I could have arranged parking for them. I don't have time to argue over $30, but I can spread the word that you want to get a quote in writing before using this company.

I recently purchased my first home and I had all my outside locks replaced (Front Door, Backdoor, Basement door and Garage Service Door). The company called me approximately :30 minutes prior to the service rep coming to my home. The rep looked at all the locks and gave me options as far as what kind of locks I wanted, the cheaper ones which ran about $20.00 or the longer lasting ones that ran about $50. I asked if there could be a mix match combo so 2 of the doors could be one certain lock and the other be the other price range, which they were able to do. I was also able to choose the option to use the same key for all the doors, or separate keys for each door. He left to return to the shop after my assessment to get the materials needed and returned about :30 minutes later. It took him about an hour to install all the locks, which is a little longer he said, but that was because he was not happy with the installation of the front door lock, but he eventually installed the lock to his and my satisfaction. The locks are great and I feel 100% secured now in my home.

They have made 3 attempts to replace the door nob on this interior door. The most recent time, it caused two of my family members to get locked in that room.

Very pleased with the work and professionalism of the firm. Service rep was very flexible and helpful as we asked him to look at additional problems with locks in our house. Great help. We would definitely call them again

Called to setup appointment and it was not an urgent issue but they were able to schedule for that day. I received a time and also a call prior to actually arriving. I am happy with the professional service received. We would use them again and have stopped in their storefront to have keys made.

While technically they haven't done any work for me (yet). They provided great service. Having lost my keys, I needed to replace not only my door key, but the key to the common areas as well. Since I didn't have an original key (only a set of copies) I would not have thought twice if he'd just set an appointment. Instead of saying, yes ma'am, what time Monday would you like someone to be there, he actually took the time to explain options I could try before having them come out and create new keys for me. If the options he gave me work, and I don't need to use them for this instance; they will be the first people I call the next time I need a locksmith. You have to give a lot of credit to a person who takes the time to explain options to you, especially when that means they don't make any money. Aces in my book and I'll recommend them to all my friends.

VERY ACCOMMODATING AND VERY HELPFUL WITH EXPLAINING WHAT I NEEDED DONE AND HOW THEY COULD REPAIR INSTEAD OF REPLACING A PART TO SAVE ME MONEY. THEY ARE A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS AND ARE VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. I FELT LIKE I WAS DEALING WITH MY BEST FRIEND.
