+ -1 moreI had original floors since the house was built in the 1960s. My floors were orange from old age, scratched, water-damaged, and cracked. Due to old age, Tommy used a LOT of sending paper to get the "Glue" off! He gave me a nice selection of colors to choose from and explained to me what would look better based on the walls and sunlight. He was able to finish this in a week. A fair price and he explained the procedure before, during, and after.

+ -1 moreTommy and his crew arrived on time and started work immediately. They were informative and helpful getting everything ready for the sanding. They did a beautiful job sanding and making the floor smooth. They put down four different stains for us to choose from, however when I expressed the color I was looking for, they mixed colors to give me exactly what I was looking for. The floor is now beautiful and we have several neighbors asking for their number.
