+ -1 moreWhen I called to take advantage of this offer the gentleman, that I spoke to, said, "we don't offer that service." I don't think it should be publicized if they're not going to offer it.

+ -1 moreMy wife and I just moved into our house. A previous owner must have used a Forest Security Systems home security system because their hardware was installed on the walls in multiple places. We didn't want this hardware, so I called them to have it removed. The woman I spoke to said they wouldn't do it and that they never remove their hardware after service is terminated. We're very frustrated because this hardware is unsightly and we want it removed before we repaint the walls. We don't know where else to turn to have it removed.
Description of Work: They refused to come to our house to remove their home security system hardware.
