"When we bought our house in July, we knew we had a lot of work ahead. That's where Antonio came in—he has done ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING we've thrown at him, and he's done it all exceptionally well! From building a wall to separate bedrooms, handling framing, drywall, electrical work, and painting, to creating custom built-ins with hardwired lights which we didn't think was possible, he truly is the best thing that’s ever happened to us. He has installed new lighting, outlets, painted the exterior and redid casing/trim, crafted a custom front door with windows, and done deck work, plumbing, and flooring—the list goes on! Not only is Antonio incredibly talented, but he also provides trustworthy advice and finds the best-priced materials. He has been punctual and kind, showing up on time every day since we started working together. We’re so grateful for his help and expertise, and we trust him completely. "We had 6 rooms of ceiling drywall replaced along with installing 16 canned lights and 6 ceiling fans. Johnny was not the best to work with, was confusion on some days who would be showing up, if anyone. When they were initially finished, almost all of the ceiling lights had some blemishes that were visible outside of the light cover. The joint of the ceiling and walls in multiple rooms was already showing a lot of cracking and separating when they were finished. One wall with wood paneling had new quarter round installed, but it was stuck to the ceiling with liquid nails, not a nail gun. It also uses 3 different pieces that are either different sizes or colors and we have liquid nails residue on the brand new ceiling along with 2 odd screws used to keep it installed. Johnny was not the most attentive at times. It took 2 weeks after we gave him our deposit check before we heard anything from him on a start date and that was only after we texted him for an update. So much more to say..."
