I needed a beadboard ceiling on a back porch/sunroom repaired and restored. The guys from Belmont Builders did a great job, it came out so much better than I dared to hope for. They finished in a timely manner so that I could get to work in the afternoon, and cleaned up their work area thoroughly. I will definitely call them again for my next project.

Adam and his team were responsive, respectful, and very easy to communicate with. They made our balcony look like new and did not cut any corners when installing new windows. Adam is also very knowledgeable when it comes to the details and bigger picture of any remodeling job. I’d recommend Belmont Builders to anyone.

Quick on the estimate. The work was very thorough. The crew cleaned the deck, filled holes and places the old stain had failed,, replaced deteriorated railing, and sanded over and over. Careful work! Five stars are not enough! Should get 10!

I hired Belmont to repair a covered deck where one corner had sagged. The owner, Adam, was quick to provide an estimate. His estimate was detailed and showed that he understood the root cause (concrete block footing vs 42" pier now required under code). I agreed with his repair approach. Adam and his team did a great job on the repair, there were no surprises and deck and roof are now level. His main carpenter Ivan was especially good, meticulous. I am very happy with Belmont and would hire them again.

Adam and his guys did a great job building a privacy wall and reinforcing my deck to support a new hot tub. The quality of the job is superb and he did the work in a timely manner, within budget. He does what he says going to do and there were no surprises. I will definitely consider hiring Adam for future projects.

I can not say enough good things about Adam and Belmont Builders. We had to have a front porch replaced and received three additional quotes besides Belmont Builders. The quotes we received were all much more money than what Adam proposed and looking at reviews all companies appeared to be very trustworthy along with providing a quality product. From start to finish Adam was great about providing updates on the progress. There was a small "issue" with a basement window being broken near the work being done on the stairs. The window was replaced quickly and I didn't even need to address that with Adam, he informed me what had happened and told me it would be fixed. Quality of the porch is very good and should last for as long as we own the property. Once project was completed the area was cleaned up appropriately. I will look to Belmont Builders if I have a need for there services in the future. Do yourself a favor and at least get a quote from them. You'll be happy you did!!!!

Belmont Builders can do anything! For me, they replaced a bathroom vanity, painted the ceiling and walls, replaced a baseboard, installed new lighting. And when they were done, we asked them to do some additional and unrelated odd jobs we were in need of, and they did those too! I highly recommend Belmont Builders and will hire them again.

I would recommend him to others in an instant. we had a new deck with pergola built, our old deck taken down totally and replaced with a mix of cedar and trex. its beautiful! I was pleased at the clean up , how articulate they are in their work, and totally amazed on how they built the deck, I felt totally comfortable with Adam and his crew at my home as well, in reading all the great reviews, they are truth! I felt the same as others.
