Absolute Perfection! Adam and his A team (Ivan and John) built a screened in deck to my exact specifications. The whole process from start to finish was flawless. Adam knows his stuff; he anticipated my every question and had everything figured out beforehand. He is polite and humble. Very reasonable price for all the work I had done. I highly recommend Belmont Builders (and that recommendation comes from a perfectionist)!

Adam was an absolute pleasure to do business with, the price was reasonable, the workmanship excellent, the staff are quiet and hardworking men, always on time. Just worth every penny. They showed up on time, did the work until complete and the product was outstanding.

We had our front porch replaced and hired Adam after a number of other builders failed to respond. He provided references for a similar job he was doing then gave us a time frame for when the project would be done. He followed through and once starting he finished the project within a week, even managing the tricky inspections. Porch looks great and I would definitely hire them again.

Adam and his team did a great job on our two projects. We had our old deck removed and rebuilt and we had our basement entrance area totally landscaped. Adam was always very responsive to all of our inquiries and he was at our home every day checking on progress. The craftsmanship was excellent and Adam brought a lot of great design ideas to our attention. The final project turned out to be tremendous!

Services still pending, but Belmont Builders is great at communicating; very responsive; and wants to make sure my project is of the highest quality when completed. I needed to special order some materials, but I have had the benefit of Belmont’s guidance all the way.

I contacted Home Advisor about repairing and replacing my deck! To my surprise I started receiving inquires immediately. One inquiry was Adam of Belmont Builders. We were able to meet up that same day. He came out, looked at the deck and said he would have a proposal for me by next today. Like clockwork Adam emailed me a detail proposal , which i accepted. Adam and his crew started and completed the project as scheduled. I can not express how pleased I am with my deck. ITS TOTALLY AWESOME! Adam and his crew were professional, pleasant and well organized. I would highly recommend Adam and crew of Belmont Builders for any wood project.

I can’t say enough good things about Adam at Belmont Builders. He responded immediately, he came when we scheduled appointments and always called to confirm the time. His estimate was reasonable and in talking with him about the project, he came up with very good suggestions I had not thought about. The work was exceptional..really, if I could have given him 10 stars, I would have. I live in a historic district and everything he did was right on point with great detail and precision. He came up with solutions to projects that would have otherwise been very expensive to reproduce through custom orders. The work was done in a timely matter and his staff always left everything completely clean. I am a perfectionist, so my recommendation of Belmont Builders and Adam means their work was really exceptional!!!

This is an excellent contractor who does great work. He and his crew performed professionally and courteously. I was particularly pleased that the contractor was willing to experiment and try to used a wood epoxy with some rotted, which worked out very well. I would recommend this contractor without reservation.

I have a 15 year old cedar fence that needed repair in addition to power washing and staining. Adam was very professional. He came and looked at my fence provided an estimate in a timely manner. I hired Belmont Builders to complete the work and they did a great job. The fence almost looks like new. They also power washed a wood swing-set and monkey bars for minimum additional cost.

Project was done in timely and cost effective manner Adam and his co worker. did a excellent job on my fence post repairs.

price was very reasonable. the work was done well and very quickly. i was short one post and the guys did a temporary post. as soon as the post arrived they came and put it in. fence looks great
