Adam and his crew did a fantastic job on the front porch railings. They got rid of the rust and then repainted them. He came out and appraised the job, was very friend, affordable and came back to finish the job in a very timely manner. Would use again and wouldn't hesitate to call for other jobs as well.

The wood on our rooftop deck was old and needed to be replaced. We gathered quotes from a few different companies, and Belmont Builder's was the fastest and most affordable. Being in Chicago, there was some delays with getting the composite delivered due to COVID-19 and the riots, however, once the trex was received Adam and his team knocked out the project in no time and with flying colors. They even went above and beyond and replaced the deck railings which we did not expect them to do. You can tell that they took their time on the project and exceeded our expectations. The deck is looking absolutely fantastic, and we have Belmont Builders to thank for that! Will definitely be hiring them again for any future project.

Did A fantastic job cleaning sanding and painting my wood deck. They were very diligent with working and always updated me on their progress. I plan to ask them back for any future projects that may arise.

About a week ago Adam and his helper came to my house and redid my front porch (just the stairs)..first he thought that the stringers were good but closer inspection they were bad and he didnt charge me extra.. they worked hard and with a steady pace. Couple hours and they were done cleaned up disposed of old wood and they were done..I would totally recommend them

Adam was very responsive. I was unable to physically walk the property while work was being done, so he sent me lots of photos. It was a seamless process.

On time. The carpentry was exceptional. The wood they supplied was as promised, high quality. The was done carefully and efficiently. They also sanded and painted my porch, which was also done with professionalism and care. Highly recommend.

Adam was the consummate professional. I can't say enough about the quality of work. Price was more than fair and they left our yard immaculate after the work was completed. They also installed a vinyl fence for us and work was done to perfection. I would recommend them over and over.
