Working with Belmont Builders to create a new deck for my home was an absolute pleasure. Their contractor, Adam, brought professionalism and experience to advise me on the project. His team paid close attention to the little details, ensuring that the deck was not only structurally sound but also aesthetically pleasing. All this was delivered within my budget. I will hire them in the future and encourage anyone reading this to let them bid on your project. They were reasonable on pricing (Didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need as other contractors did) They respected my property and cleaned up after themselves and my yard looks great. And they were very responsive to any feedback and concerns I had.

Adam responded quickly when I posted on Angieâ  s list my need for repair of my Historic Chicago Bungalows back porch stairways : collapsed bottom step and detached and rotting side posts. He assessed what was needed to be done to repair and make safe my porch stairway. Replacement of side posts with concrete reinforcement and bottom stair replacement and stabilizing of stairway to make safe.. He submitted a fair price for the work project : labor and materials needed. Within a week, Adams company, Belmont Construction arrived and completed the work in an afternoon. I am very pleased with the way the steps and side rail posts look and the professional job done by them. My stairway is safe, secure and fits well with the original stairway. I highly recommend Adam and his company for any project you have in mind.

Just finished a deck project with Belmont Builders. Adam and his crew did excellent work removing and replacing the flooring on our second floor deck. Upon seeing the quality of the work, the professionalism of the team and the fairness of the price, four other owners in our six unit complex contracted with Belmont Builders to replace their decks. In addition, Adam recommended and we all agreed, to add a cap to the deck railing that made it more stable and gave the whole project a unified look. The project was on time and on budget. We would all recommend Belmont Builders and have passed their name onto friends and family in the area.

Adam and his crew are experienced, skilled and hardworking. I hired Belmont Builders because of the great reviews I read on this page, and I was not disappointed. The new deck is beautiful. I would recommend Adam and his crew to anyone.

Adam and team were quick, responsive and thorough—from quote through final inspection. Adam is incredibly trustworthy and I felt totally at ease during tear down of my old porch, and construction of the new one. It was a bit of a complex project, and it went off without a hitch. They really know what they’re doing. They will be my first call for any upcoming project I have, even through they specialize in porches and patios. They were that good. In the end, the price was fair, the work was great and the final product was EXACTLY what I needed.

This is a very good company to hire. I rarely write reviews but Belmont Builders deserves to be noticed. I had two separate, but small projects (1. damaged porch, stairs, railing, and 2. fence and gate repairs). Adam assessed both projects, offered a very fair and reasonable price, and finished the work within 2 days. He and his crew know their craft very well. It is hard to find good contractors however, if you work with Adam you will see that Adam is a very straightforward, professional contractor who is there to get the job done and done right. He has a lot of experience and really knows his craft. I have worked with many contractors over the years, but he is by far the one to hire. You will like his work, his price, and his integrity.

Belmont Builders did a great job repairing and rebuilding our backyard steps. We had a poor experience with another company who didn’t do a quality job. The Belmont Builders team came in, assessed the problem and proposed a way to fix it and delivered with quality.

The job was fine and they did a good work.

We hired Adam to repair plaster walls due to water damage and patch drywall where we had water proofing in our basement. Adam’s two man crew were prompt and professional and completed the job on time. Consequently I fired them to do interior painting of 5 rooms and our full basement. Again the price was reasonable and the job was completed satisfactory on time. Ivan and Earl cleaned up the work areas and mitigated dust so we were not too inconvenienced while the worked throughout the house. We will use Belmont Builders for future projects. When Adam came to my home he looked at the project of what me and my wife wanted, which was our old deck. He promise us he will be done within a week. He started on Oct 18 and finished Oct 22, 2021 at end of the week, like he promised. We was skeptical at first because of being burned by "So Call" Contractors in the past. Adam is a man of his word and on top of it they cleaned up each day after they was done. Its really had trying to trying to find a trusted contractor, who is true and not just about the $$. Adam and I agreed to a reasonable price also a bonus he is compassion about his work and we noticed it. We need other project to be done and will be going back to BELMONT BUILDERS! THANK YOU ADAM and your workers. Everything was professional and trusted. So please if you reading this and looking for your deck to be repair go with Adam!! Trust me in won't lie to you. Adam and his crew did a great job repairing and restraining our multilevel deck at my rental property in Berkeley IL. I live in California and Adam made it extremely easy for me to coordinate and approve the project work. He kept me informed at every step. I would definitely recommend and rehire him for other work. Adam was very proactive from the first phone call to the final inspection of the work done. Belmont Builders rebuilt sections of my 3-flat's back stairwell. They replaced a joist and the floor and then while working, realized another joist had to be replaced. I was contacted, sent photos and the final price including the extra work was very fair. I am totally impressed and as Adam is a contractor, I will be contacting him again for all my building needs.
