Adam quoted us a *very* reasonable estimate. He and his team did a *BEAUTIFUL* job! I could not be more happy with the work. The old porch was just about falling off the side of our house but this new one is rock solid, gorgeous, and looks like its part of the house... it does not look tacked on. I am so truly pleased I offered to be a reference for Adam and will recommend him to friends and neighbors who need similar work. If in the future we want more work done I am not going to bother with quotes from other contractors... I will just call Belmont Builders and ask when they can start.

We are extremely pleased with the service and deck that Adam and his crew gave us. They arrived each day on time and often early. The deck is rock solid and looks so good. They cleaned up everything. It was the most stress-free home maintenance project we've done. We are working with Adam on our next project which is to replace our living room carpet with hard wood floors.

Same day Adam came out for project hired him right away price was right. Took 2 and a half days to complete project. Crew did complete clean up of debris. Will hire again to do deck for back yard. Thanks again to Adam and crew. Job well done.

Hired Adam after countless failures with hdymen and contractors. At first, was slightly pessimistic, 3 weeks later extremely satisfied. Hired to remodel my basement that was a total mess. Required electrical, moving gas pipes, plumbing, drywall, plaster and painting. He nailed it. (no pun intended). Adam/Ivan (his worker) worked SOOO hard. EVERY morning they were on time (8am) and stayed until at least 5pm. Took him 2. weeks to complete the job then had them do misc. things around the house including custom sizing pine slab doors in my 100 year old house that look amazing. will hire in future

The work was done faster than estimated. He arrived on time daily. I will definatley use this contractor in the furture.

Adam was good to work with. I needed his company to repair a window immediately for me and he was able to come and inspect the window within an hour after we spoke and he came back the next day to fix the window. He came back the next day only because it was a special window that required specific parts that he had to pick up. Other contractors wanted to replace the whole window but Adam provided the option to fix it rather than replace it.
