I was contacted super fast after submitting my request and the contractor was in the area and came to my house within the hour which was great. I did not, however, use this contractor because I did not think we were on the same page for what I wanted and was looking for.

Adam is a true professional. He knows the building codes of the local communities inside and out and will guide the inexperienced homeowner through the process quickly and patiently. He kept to his schedule and got the work finished on time. His crew completed our deck project with the finest craftsmanship I've seen in many years. Communicates very well and performs

Adam was responsive when I first reached out. He was able to get us a quote in a very timely manner. Once we approved the work he got the permit submitted and approved very quickly. He was very responsive regarding his schedule. He and his crew showed up when they said they would. the deck was finished on schedule and looks great. We would and likely will hire them again for future projects.

Was very pleased from the moment I contacted Belmont Builders. We hired Adam and his team to build a deck in our home. He came immediately to give us an estimate, and the price was very reasonable. They were always on time, professional, polite, hard working and were always so careful and attentive to any requests. The project was done as proposed and on time. I NEVER CA;LLED ANYONE YET

We hired Adam to repair and upate our front porch as well as replace the entry door. We had a design in mind and they were able to execute against it. He was receptive to feedback to ensure the final product and any adjustments were what we wanted. The work on the porch including painting was done within a couple of days and was good quality for a fair price. The door took some time for us to get from the supplier at which point Adam had moved on to other projects. However, he scheduled completion of the project as soon as he could. We are very happy with the results and have had many positive comments from neigbors, family and friends.

We hired Adam to replace our back porch that was falling apart. He gave us a very reasonable price estimate, and was able to schedule the work very quickly. He and his crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and carefully, and completed the project on schedule. Adam gave good advice and was flexible in figuring out how to make the project work best for our space and our budget. The quality of the work is sound and the finished product is very solid and attractive. They also replaced our very old garage door and even though that job took longer than expected, Adam honored the original quoted price even though his crew worked longer than expected. I would recommend him for most standard homeowner construction needs.

Adam and his crew at Belmont Builders are absolutely top notch in both professionalism and craftsmanship. We hired them to replace our 20-year-old rotted deck and are 100% satisfied. I am in construction administration for a living, so have learned to expect problems and issues with any project. There were none with Belmont. They showed up on time every day until the job was done. They stuck to the agreed price and the quality of construction and appearance of the finished product are much, much better than expected. I wouldn������t change a thing about the way our project turned out. I thought all the 5 star ratings for them on Home Advisor seemed too good to be true. I was wrong. They are excellent at what they do.

Belmont Builder is a very professional company. Adam helped me get out of trouble with the City of Chicago after a number of city violations on my property. His team of experts: electrician, plumbers, architect, and carpenters provided quality service with a reasonable price. He replaced and repaired my porches and bathroom. I had received quotes from a few other deck builders that were astronomical. Adam gave me multiple options for pricing which included separating the labor and materials. I took that option since I was providing the materials and the overall price was more in line with my research. Adam is responsive and friendly. Definitely would recommend him and use him for future projects.

After a lot of back and forth as to who I could find to replace my deck I turned to Home Advisors. One of the recommendations was Belmont Builders. Adam @ Belmont called, set up an apt. Right on time, he took a look, asked a few questions and it was a done deal. Job was finished exactly as promised in the time promised. All debris was gone and the area left clean. Adam is very personable and obliging. I am very pleased and will definitely contact him for my next project.

I was very pleased with the turnaround time. They were out within two days to look the job over, and within seven days they had completed the project. They kept everything neat and clean over the course of the project, and they respected my property. I would definitely recommend them to other customers.

I contact Belmont builders two weeks ago on a Saturday, within 15 minutes of my call to them I received a call back and Adam set up an estimate within a hour later. He can to my house assessed the project and gave me an estimate, with no pressure. He was in my house for no longer than 20 minutes. I had also called other businesses, some would only give me a estimate over the phone and some never called me back. I called Adam within three days, told him i accept his proposal, signed and scanned the proposal back to him, told him the project need to be done by a certain date of which he complied. Adam and his team came out on the timely manner he stated, Installed 8 interior doors and locks in one work day, prepared the work site properly protecting my hardwood floors and then returning the next day to finish the mill work trim and cleaning the work site up the way it was before the project had begun. It looks like I have a brand new home. I was happy that I had hired Belmont Builders, Inc. for my project to be completed. I would recommend this company to anyone. It was a great experience! Thanks!
